Refugee Centre Redesign - DCRS

We were set the project of redesigning the Refugee Centre in Plymouth. The class was split into groups that worked together to create schemes for the space.

We visited the centre on several occasions to measure the space, take photos and speak to staff and users about what they felt could be changed.

We were really challenged by the lack of space and budget in this project, however this made us think a lot more as we had to be extra creative. I really enjoyed designing for a good cause like DCRS and it will be wonderful to see the centre after it has been redesigned.
